On a list of my favorite things, lavender must be in the top 5! I absolutely love the smell, and taste and I love using lavender anywhere I can! I harvest some lavender over the summer and dried it. It makes a beautiful decoration but also is an important ingredient in many of our bath and body provisions. Lavender gave great healing properties to calm my skin alignments, reduce anxiety, and can even help with premenstrual symptoms. I use lavender to help combat dry winter skin as well as to help calm some of my anxiety symptoms. Today I am sharing the lavender-infused oil for lotions and balms.
